The rules for using Nadi — our fleet and school bus operations platform.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Nadi, including the web dashboard, driver mobile app, and related services from papercut technology (“papercut,” “we,” “us”). By using Nadi, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
A signed order, statement of work, or master services agreement with papercut controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Nadi is operational software for fleet and school bus teams. It may include inspection and maintenance, driver clock-in/out with location, payroll from clocked hours, driver registration links, OCR route import, and a driver mobile app. Features depend on what we have enabled for your workspace.
Nadi is not a substitute for licensed payroll, tax, or safety compliance advice. You remain responsible for labour law, vehicle safety, and school-transport rules that apply to you.
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your accounts, including drivers who register through a public link you share. Notify us promptly at support@papercuttech.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain rights to the data you and your users put into Nadi (routes, inspections, driver records, photos, payroll inputs, and similar). You grant papercut a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide Nadi.
You are responsible for:
You may not: reverse engineer Nadi except as the law allows; probe or disrupt the service; share logins except as we permit; use Nadi to monitor people beyond what your operation and applicable law allow; or resell Nadi without our written consent.
We aim to keep Nadi available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, and we may suspend access for security, legal, or non-payment reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material shutdowns where we can.
Fees, if any, are set in your order or proposal with papercut. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension. Demo or trial access may be withdrawn at any time.
papercut and its licensors own Nadi — the software, design, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
Nadi may rely on hosting, maps, OCR, or other third-party services. Their terms apply to those components. We are not responsible for systems we do not control.
NADI IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPERCUT DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that OCR will read every route sheet perfectly, that location data is always precise, or that payroll calculations will be error-free without your review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, papercut is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profits damages. Our total liability arising from Nadi will not exceed the amounts you paid us for Nadi in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing). Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.
You will defend and indemnify papercut against claims arising from your data, your misuse of Nadi, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms last until you stop using Nadi or we terminate access. Sections that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity) remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
